ThreeSixty FC is structured around a clear Player Growth Pyramid, offering a development path from beginners to elite players. Each level includes tailored training and competition opportunities to help players thrive at the right pace.

Level 1: Path to Pro / College (P2P)

Elite Development & Exposure

• Invitation-only opportunities for high-potential players
• Compete at showcases, ID camps, and elite tournaments
• Selection for ThreeSixty Sala Elite Futsal Teams
• Access to CalNorth Olympic Development Program (ODP) (2013–2009 birth years)
• Access to Youth Olympians Program (YOP) (2015–2014 birth years)
• Focused support through our “Path to Pro” mission, guiding players toward college and pro pathways
   

Level 2: Competitive Soccer (COMP)

Year-Round Training & Competition

• 3 training sessions per week:
  • 2 outdoor (technical + tactical focus)
  • 1 futsal training session 
• CalNorth State, Regional, and National Cups
• 2 Spring Tournaments (covered by ThreeSixty FC)
• 2 Fall Tournaments (covered by ThreeSixty FC)
• 3–4 Playdates (2–3 games each, organized by ThreeSixty FC)
• Gold+ level competition
• Winter Futsal at COPA: 50% off through ThreeSixty FC
   

Level 3: Rec Select

Bridge to Competitive Soccer

• Introductory experience for players transitioning from recreational to competitive soccer
• Training with licensed ThreeSixty FC staff
• Participation in Bronze level competition
• Futsal and technical training integrated
• Opportunity to be evaluated for advancement to COMP level

Level 4: Recreational / MLS GO (U8 Academy)

Foundational Skills for Young Players (Ages 2018–2019)

• Introductory soccer program for players born in 2018–2019
• Focused on building core skills, motor development, and love for the game
• Futsal-based curriculum to promote quick decision-making and ball control
• Professional coaching in a fun, age-appropriate learning environment
• Players graduate into Rec Select or Competitive pathways as they develop
• Offered through our partnership with MLS GO, the official grassroots initiative of Major League Soccer
